Job Description

We are looking for Call Center Agents to assist clients with inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns across various channels. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Provide accurate information about services, processes, or policies

Resolve issues promptly and professionally

Maintain records of all interactions and updates

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to supervisors

Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets

Schedule & Training:

Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Paid training on company systems, processes, and customer service best practices

Requirements:

At least High School or Senior High School graduate

Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset

Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability
