Job Responsibilities

• Inbound/Outbound Inspection: Verify accuracy of incoming (receipt) and outgoing (dispatch) goods by counting, weighing, and measuring items.
• Documentation Verification: Match product labels, tags, purchase orders, and delivery receipts.
• Inventory Control: Assist in the physical inventory counts and monitoring of inventory levels, ensuring data integrity.
• Quality Control: Assist in the inspection of items for damage, defects, or shortages and report findings to superiors.
• Discrepancy Reporting: Identify and report shortages, damages, or errors to the Warehouse In-charge.
• Sorting and Packing: Segregate materials and sort items according to delivery routes.

Qualifications

• Attentiveness: Extreme attention to detail to identify discrepancies.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods.
• Communication: Strong skills for reporting issues to logistics or management teams.
