Service Technician, Davao del Sur

A Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment or systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, and maintain equipment or machinery
Diagnose technical issues and perform necessary repairs
Conduct routine preventive maintenance
Respond to service calls and provide on-site support
Document service activities, repairs, and parts used
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Communicate with customers to explain issues and solutions
Coordinate with other departments for parts and technical support

Qualifications:
Vocational or technical course (e.g., electrical, mechanical, automotive, or related field)
Proven experience as a technician or similar role is an advantage
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures
Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams
Good communication and customer service skills
