Audit and Consultancy Junior Supervisor, Davao del Sur

Responsible for supervising audit engagements, ensuring objective evaluation of company operations, financials, and accounting practices, and providing recommendations for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-audit site visits and assessments
• Determine audit scope and develop audit plans
• Supervise and guide audit staff on procedures
• Review audit findings and ensure accuracy
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
• Recommend improvements to internal controls and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
• Proven bookkeeping or audit experience
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
