Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive support to the APAC & MEIA sales teams throughout the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to project handover.
- Prepares and manages quotations in coordination with Area Sales Managers and internal departments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with production capabilities.
- Collects and consolidates technical and commercial data required for proposals and ensures proper documentation within CRM and quotation systems.
- Coordinates the process from signed quotation to handover to Operations, including contract preparation, documentation, and scheduling of project kick-off meetings.
- Maintains effective communication with international customers, responding to inquiries during the quotation phase and supporting post-sales activities when necessary.
- Supports Area Sales Managers in organizing customer visits, site visits, trade fairs, and travel arrangements.
- Ensures all customer and project information is accurately recorded and maintained in the CRM system.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, Project Management, and Logistics) to ensure seamless sales and order processing.
- Prepares sales presentations, reports, KPIs, and market data to support informed decision-making.
- Identifies process improvement opportunities and contributes to enhancing sales procedures and customer experience.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer service principles, and commercial documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with international clients and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bajada, Davao City.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any related field.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales support, inside sales, or customer service within a technical or industrial environment is an advantage.
- Experience or familiarity with technology-driven products, manufacturing, or engineering-related industries is a plus.
