Call Center Representative, Davao del Sur

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our growing team for an International Account. In this role, you will assist customers from different countries by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent customer service in English.

Key Responsibilities

-Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats

-Assist international customers with product or service inquiries

-Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns

-Maintain professional and friendly communication at all times

-Document customer interactions and updates in the system

Qualifications

-High school graduate or higher (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

-Good to excellent English communication skills

-Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude

-Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new tools

-No experience required (training will be provided)
