Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Provide clear, accurate, and up-to-date information about products, services, and company policies.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly while ensuring a positive experience.
• Adhere to company guidelines, scripts, and standard procedures to maintain consistency and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or higher (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Good to excellent English communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new tools
• No experience required (training will be provided)
