QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor Degree Graduate of any four years course
With selling experience in construction related or FMCG products is an advantage
Knowledgeable and has wide range of clients in general trade (Hardware stores) is an advantage
Know how to handle existing accounts and create/open new accounts
Willing to do full-time field works and knows how to drive (automatic and manual)
At least two (2) years supervisory experience in Sales
Articulate on how he/she does sales management
Must be Davao city-based

JOB SUMMARY

The Area Sales Supervisor is responsible for the 100% achievement of district sales

target, expansion of district assignment by increasing number of buying

accounts, implement product mix selling of both manufactured & distributed

products through professional sales techniques and long- term customer

relationship.
