Were looking for a hands-on People Operations Officer

who can confidently support HR administration, recruitment,

and training. This role plays a key part in ensuring

our people processes run smoothly, from hiring to onboarding

and day-to-day HR support.




Job Requirements

What Were Looking For

Strong hands-on experience across HR administration,

recruitment, and training.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in a people operations,

HR generalist, or similar role.

Experience hiring and onboarding volume roles, ideally in BPO,

sales, or call center environments.

Confident trainer with strong communication and facilitation skills.

Working knowledge of Philippine labor standards and HR documentation.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
