Job description:

Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and managing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to design specifications.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction work on-site and ensure activities follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and schedules are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Prepare site reports, progress reports, and documentation.
• Manage materials, equipment, and labor on site.
• Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Ensure proper implementation of construction methods.
