Telemarketer Associate, Davao del Sur

• Respond to inbound inquiries including social media and website channels within defined SLA.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospects and qualify leads using Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline (BANT) criteria.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate lead and deal records in Frappe CRM.
• Convert qualified Leads into CRM Deals and retain ownership during qualification stage.
• Endorse Deals to Sales Executives once reaching 'Technical Evaluation' or 'Field Demo' stage via workflow trigger.
• Schedule meetings, demos, or site visits for qualified prospects.
• Maintain follow-up cadence to nurture warm prospects.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance and pipeline reports.
• Provide insights and feedback to Marketing and Sales to improve campaign targeting and conversion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 13 years experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead qualification.
• Strong CRM proficiency (Frappe preferred).
• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
