1. HQ Alignment (New Priority)

 High-Speed Communication: Act as the primary contact for the Main Office. You must respond quickly to all HQ inquiries and directives.

 SOP Compliance: Strictly implement and maintain all Main Office Standards (SOPs) to ensure the brand vision is executed perfectly.

 Administrative Precision: Meet all deadlines for Purchase Orders (e.g., 4:00 PM cut-off), POS updates, and financial reporting.

2. Operational & Financial Leadership

 Financial Control: Take full charge of store cash, daily expenses, and the "Daily Express Fund. Ensure labor and food costs are controlled effectively.

 Marketing Execution: Drive sales by actively executing HQ marketing promotions and pushing for higher customer conversion.

 Quality Assurance: You are fully accountable for drink quality, store cleanliness, and overall customer satisfaction.

3. Team Management (HR)

Manage staff attendance, punctuality, and weekly scheduling.

Ensure the team follows the Cashier Operations SOP, including correct receipt issuance and EOD reconciliation.

 Experience: Proven background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry with a focus on team management.

 Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfortable using POS systems and digital communication tools for HQ reporting.
