Job Summary:

Join us a Call Center Agent! Youll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service. If youre a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, and company policies
  • Troubleshoot basic technical or account-related concerns
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system


Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • With or without prior call center experience
  • Good English communication skills
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including night shifts

  • Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
