Job Title: Call Center Agent
Department: Customer Support / Operations

Job Summary:
Join us a Call Center Agent! Youll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service. If youre a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, and company policies
- Troubleshoot basic technical or account-related concerns
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- With or without prior call center experience
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including night shifts
Skills Required:
- Active listening and empathy
- Multitasking and time management
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork and professionalism
