Qualifications & Experience:

• Registered Nurse
• At least 1 year of working experience
• Amenable to work on site
• Amenable to attend face to face interviews once requested

Role Scope & Responsibilities:

• Give emergency reaction, first assistance, and prompt care.
• Conduct regular health examinations and make sure people are fit for their jobs.
•  Ensure that all staff members have first aid kits, medical supplies, and up-to-date health records
• Provide health and safety instruction in emergency response, equipment use, and first aid. protocols.
• Encourage healthy habits and knowledge to stop accidents and diseases at work.
• Keep track of and report all occurrences, mishaps, and medical interventions, and work with the safety team to enhance safety procedures.
• Assist in the creation of policies and make sure that local health and safety laws are followed.
•  Put in place wellness initiatives and offer workers and employees additional health support.
• Create emergency response plans and practice accidents and evacuations on a regular basis.
