We are looking for a Retail Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver excellent customer support through various communication channels.

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate with 6 months BPO/CCE experience, or College graduate (no experience required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
