Distributor Sales Reperesentative, Davao del Sur

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and key accounts.
• Promote company products and services to distributors, highlighting benefits and features.
• Monitor distributor performance and sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with distributors within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and support.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
• Conduct market research to identify potential distributors and expansion areas.
• Resolve distributor issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in distribution or B2B sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and sales tracking tools.
