Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct product and sales training for store staff handling gadgets and accessories
- Train employees on brand knowledge, product features, and comparisons
- Provide sales techniques training to improve customer engagement and conversion
- Ensure staff are updated on new product launches, promos, and store standards
- Evaluate employee performance and recommend improvement plans
- Create training materials, guides, and assessments as needed
- Coordinate with management to align training goals with store targets
- Proven experience in training, retail, or telco/gadget sales
- Strong knowledge of smartphones, gadgets, and mobile accessories
- Familiarity with major brands such as Apple, Samsung, OPPO, Huawei
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to train, motivate, and coach store employees effectively
- Willing to travel to different store locations if required
- Experience as a Trainer, Sales Coach, or Retail Supervisor is an advantage
