Responsibilities

Manage and maintain company programs and systems to ensure stable performance.
Support the development, implementation, and improvement of internal systems and tools.
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement timely solutions.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company IT policies.
Coordinate with software vendors or service providers for upgrades, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
Provide technical support and training to users for system-related concerns.
Assist in integrating new technologies to streamline processes and improve productivity.
Maintain system documentation, user manuals, and regular reports.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
Proven experience in system administration, technical support, or IT operations is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting, network configurations, and system maintenance.
Familiarity with database management, cloud systems, and IT security practices.
Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Experience in implementing or maintaining company software and internal tools is preferred.
Good understanding of data protection policies and IT compliance standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
