Sales Representative (IT Products & Services)

Location: Davao City (Hybrid Setup)


About the Role


We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our IT products and services business in Davao City and nearby areas. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys meeting clients, building relationships, and closing deals, while also working remotely for proposals, follow-ups, and reporting.


This is an individual contributor role with strong earning potential through commissions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for IT products and services (network infrastructure, CCTV, cybersecurity, software solutions, and IT support)
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and online presentations
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic cost estimates with support from the technical team
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals to drive deal closure
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and activity reports
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets


Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in IT products or services (fresh graduates with strong sales potential are welcome to apply)
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with field sales and client-facing work
  • Basic understanding of IT solutions is an advantage (training will be provided)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: 15,000 per month
  • Commission: Performance-based (details to be discussed during interview)
