Sales Representative, Davao del Sur

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Representative to join IT STEP Academy Philippines Davao City. The ideal candidate is confident, outgoing, and passionate about helping students begin their journey in the tech industry. You will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our programs, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote IT STEP Academy programs and services to potential students
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, and referrals
• Conduct consultations and explain course details, benefits, and enrollment requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
• Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for events and campaigns

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any business-related course

• Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Call Center
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-driven, confident, and customer-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
