Responsible for supporting coffee bean production, from handling green beans to assisting in roasting and preparing roasted beans for distribution. This role includes physical handling of coffee sacks, inventory monitoring, bean sorting and destoning, blending of beans, roasting assistance, and preparation of basic production and inventory reports. The position requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and adherence to quality, safety, standards to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
