Position: General Affairs Assistant

Office Address: Talomo District, Davao City

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Salary: PHP20,000- Php25,000

Job Requirements:

• A graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Engineering or any related Business course
• With more than 3 years of work experience in Admin and general affairs
• Experienced in handling different level of employees
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist and support office administration and general affairs operations to ensure smooth daily activities.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the project management team.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for operational and administrative requirements.
• Support the monitoring, renewal, and compliance of staff accommodations, permits, licenses, and office insurance, ensuring all are updated before expiration.
• Assist in coordinating and negotiating with lessors regarding staff accommodation and office lease requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standard operating procedures.
