  4. Performance Management: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and professional growth.
  5. Compensation & Benefits: Maintain pay plan and benefits programs; ensure they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  6. Compliance & Risk: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management (labor laws, health and safety, etc.).
  7. Learning & Development: Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs for staff at all levels.
