The Account Specialist is responsible for managing client accounts, supporting sales growth, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, handling sales documentation, attend government biddings and supporting business opportunities, including fleet and institutional accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts
  • Assist in generating sales leads and business opportunities
  • Coordinate with clients regarding product inquiries, quotations, and orders
  • Prepare sales documents such as quotations, proposals, and contracts
  • Support government bidding and procurement requirements when applicable
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and delivery
  • Monitor account status, payments, and customer concerns
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account retention


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer service is an advantage
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Willing to work in the field and attend client meetings
  • Knowledge of automotive or fleet sales is a plus
  • Experience in Government Biddings is an advantage
