Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative handles customer inquiries related to telecom services such as mobile plans, internet, billing, and account support. The role involves resolving concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent customer service while documenting interactions and following company guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer inquiries for mobile, broadband, and telecom services

- Assist with billing, payments, plans, and account concerns

- Process activations, upgrades, cancellations, and basic technical issues

- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

- Promote available products and services when applicable

- Accurately document interactions and follow company policies



Qualifications:

- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

- Senior High School Graduate

- College Graduate or Undergraduate

- No work experience required

- No PO experience required

- With good communication skills
