Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (Retail Account) handles customer inquiries related to retail products and services, including orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and account concerns. The role focuses on providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to orders, products, and account concerns

- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, and exchanges

- Resolve complaints professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction

- Provide accurate product and policy information

- Document customer interactions and follow company procedures

Qualifications:

- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

- Senior High School Graduate

- College Graduate or Undergraduate

- No work experience required

- No PO experience required

- With good communication skills
