Project Estimator, Davao del Sur

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on project plans and specifications.
• Analyze blueprints, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to provide accurate project cost assessments.
• Assist in the evaluation of subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing with vendors.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Electronics Engineer, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 02 years of experience in estimating or construction.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
