We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for various BPO accounts including Telco, Travel, Healthcare, Financial, Retail, Consumer Electronics, Content Moderation, and Pharmaceutical campaigns.
Successful candidates will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver excellent customer service through voice or non-voice channels.
NO BPO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED ONLY FOR TRAVEL GDS ACCOUNTS
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Provide accurate product, billing, or account information
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Follow company policies and quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions
Qualifications
At least Senior High School Graduate (or equivalent)
Good communication skills (English)
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
No experience required (training provided)
Travel GDS Account: Minimum 3 months GDS experience required
