Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries related to healthcare, pharmaceutical support, and travel reservations. The role includes providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent customer service while following company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely support
  • Assist with account-related concerns, bookings, and service requests
  • Resolve issues professionally and efficiently
  • Accurately document customer interactions
  • Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
  • College Graduate or Undergraduate
  • With good communication skills
  • For Travel GDS Account: At least 3 months experience in GDS or booking
  • No experience required for Healthcare & Pharmaceutical accounts
