Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Transaction Processing: Record, validate, and monitor daily sales transactions, ensuring data accuracy in the accounting system.
  • Reporting: Prepare Daily/Weekly Sales Reports and assist in monthly financial reports for management.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile sales records with inventory, collections, and bank statements; manage Accounts Receivable (A/R).
  • Invoicing & Billing: Generate invoices, process billing, and handle Statement of Accounts (SOAs).
  • Financial Support: Assist with budget tracking, provide data for audits, and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
  • Data Entry: Enter sales and refund data, process receipts, and maintain organized financial records. 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems like SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of general accounting principles and financial processes.
