As a Sales Support Analyst, you will be a key operational resource supporting our Sales Representatives/Expense Advisors. Youll handle essential functions such as data analysis, vendor/member coordination, onboarding, and process execution, ensuring efficiency, cost savings, and client satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct data research, entry, standardization, and analysis.
- Analyze spend across multiple product/service categories.
- Identify and assess vendors, contracts, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Liaise with sales reps/expense advisors, vendors & other stakeholders.
- Assist with new member onboarding, rostering, vendor account setup, contract activations, processing credit applications, and price activations.
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation for member requests.
- Submit contract activations through vendor/GPO portals and track the progress till
- completion.
- Manage workflows and requests through Salesforce CRM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues associated with rostering, vendor accounts, pricing/contract discrepancies.
- Prepare analysis, presentation files, and reports.
- Manage, track & execute specialized projects.
- Regular reporting to managers, sales reps/expense advisors & directors.
- Perform any other duties assigned to support the sales operations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 24 years of experience (Preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis, with 2 years of experience working on data files (Preferred).
- Ability to identify issues and trends.
- Ability to multitask across various projects, tasks & cases.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in night-shift roles (Preferred)
