Hair Field Educator, Davao del Sur

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Field Educator to join our team at DKC GROUP INC' in Davao City Davao del Sur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on training and education to our salon professionals, helping them develop their skills and stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering engaging and interactive training sessions to salon professionals on hair cutting, colouring, styling, and other salon services
• Demonstrating the proper use of hair products and tools to ensure optimal results
• Providing feedback and guidance to trainees to help them improve their techniques and build their confidence
• Staying informed about the latest industry trends, techniques, and innovations, and incorporating this knowledge into your training programmes
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop educational content and materials for our salon partners
• Representing the company at industry events and trade shows, showcasing our products and services
• Will be using Loreal Professionals products

What we're looking for

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a professional hair stylist or educator, with a deep understanding of the latest hair trends and techniques
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and train a diverse group of learners
• A passion for education and a commitment to helping others develop their skills and reach their full potential
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to help trainees overcome challenges and achieve their desired results
• A creative flair and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative training solutions
• A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel to different salon locations as needed
