Assembly Engineer, Davao del Sur

Responsibilities:

Reads, interprets and follows basic electrical diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bill of materials and other written instructions or procedures.

Makes use of hand-held tools to perform certain tasks efficiently.

Performs work in a timely and accurate manner.

Pays attention and completes projects within the specified duration without compromising products quality and function.

Takes care of all issued tools and takes accountability for their damages resulting from negligence.

Monitors inventory of materials/products in their respective workstations to ensure that parts are not lost, misplaced, or broken.

Performs quality work checks to ensure that output meets companys quality standards.

Performs all work in accordance with companys quality standards and established health and safety procedures.

Maintains a clean a safe work area.

Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.

Skilled in using hand and power tools.

Highly motivated who can work independently and as part of a team.

Can communicate and assert effectively.

Knowledgeable in safety procedures and protocols.

Has strong potential to grow and take on bigger roles in the organization and become a Commissioning/Service Engineer.

Applicants must be willing to work in Bajada, Davao City.

Education and Experience:

BS degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or relevant field, preferably with PRC license;

Strong interest in initiating and keeping up with advancements in Electronics or Mechatronics; and

Has experience in a manufacturing environment.
