Description
  1. Drive sales and marketing of the entire TA Healthcare (BIOSYN and TAHPI) product portfolio in the assigned territory within the Philippines. Owns the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to collection.
  2. Develop and execute an account strategy to sustain solid relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the customer organization.
  3. Develop in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product portfolio, markets, and competition to drive effective execution of business strategies.
  4. Ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales targets by developing new business opportunities while maintaining existing business.
  5. Sell-out/push out inventory items across the entire product portfolio.
  6. Act as the main point of contact between the customer and internal teams (product, clinical, service, admin, finance, and accounting) to ensure high customer satisfaction at all times by timely resolution of issues and concerns of the customers.
  7. Acquire a thorough understanding of customers needs, problems, and requirements.
  8. Carry out and deliver set KPIs, sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency.
  9. Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets, maximize profitability.
  10. Monitor and report market trends (customer, competition, etc.) and propose strategies to sustain the business and improve market share.
