  • Design and develop engaging, effective, and relevant training materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and e-learning modules.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps, performance deficiencies, and training requirements across different departments.
  • Source and evaluate external training programs, materials, and instructors when necessary.
  • Deliver a variety of training sessions, including new hire orientation, leadership development, compliance , and professional skills.
  • Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring an interactive and positive learning environment.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and communicate all training events, managing logistics such as venue booking and material preparation.
  • Develop and implement evaluation methods (e.g., surveys, tests, performance metrics) to assess the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to management based on training effectiveness data.
  • Ensure all training programs comply with internal policies and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Stay current on training trends, best practices, and new technologies in the Learning & Development field.
