Customer Service Representative (Voice & Non-Voice Accounts)


Available Sites: Makati, Sta. Mesa, Cubao, Centris (QC), and Davao del Sur


Salary Offer: 17,000 28,000 (depending on the account & experience)


Work Setup: Onsite


We are looking for passionate Customer Service Representatives who will handle customer inquiries through calls, chat, or email. You will provide accurate information, address customer concerns, and ensure a positive service experience.


Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Provide accurate account information and resolution
  • Update customer records following company procedures
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and support
  • Adhere to company policies and service level agreements


Qualifications
  • At least High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • With or without BPO experience (we provide training)
  • Willing to work onsite
