Job Description: Customer Service Representative (Voice Account)
Location: Davao (Applicants must be currently residing in Davao)
Experience: With or Without Experience
Job Overview:
We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our Voice Customer Service Team. The CSR will handle inbound/outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Process requests, escalate issues when needed
- Maintain clear call documentation
- Follow account-specific guidelines and workflows
- Meet performance metrics such as quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction
- Multitask between tools, systems, and call handling
- Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction
- With or without BPO experience (training is provided)
- Must be residing in Davao City or nearby areas
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- High school graduate / SHS graduate / college level / college graduate
