Job Overview:


We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our Voice Customer Service Team. The CSR will handle inbound/outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
  • Process requests, escalate issues when needed
  • Maintain clear call documentation
  • Follow account-specific guidelines and workflows
  • Meet performance metrics such as quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction
  • Multitask between tools, systems, and call handling
  • Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction
Qualifications:
  • With or without BPO experience (training is provided)
  • Must be residing in Davao City or nearby areas
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • High school graduate / SHS graduate / college level / college graduate
