Job Purpose

• Manage and track inventory at the warehouse
• Ensure that stock is properly maintained, accurate inventory records are kept, and orders are fulfilled efficiently while complying with safety and temperature-related guidelines

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor product inventory inside the warehouse facility
• Generate daily inventory report and warehouse utilization
• Monitor incoming and outgoing products
• Manage the receiving, storing, and transferring of goods
• Monitor the condition of items in stock
• Ensure the implementation of FIFO or FEFO of clients stocks
• Document product details
• Track and report on inventory movement and any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records of all products stored in the warehouse
• Coordinate with customers and ensure inventory records are updated

Qualifications

• College degree graduate of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar course
• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain management, preferably in a cold storage environment
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Available to start ASAP
