Retail Sales Associate, Davao del Sur

Responsible for performing direct selling through knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient customer service.

1. Daily Operations

• Consistently follow and abide by the companys established policies and procedures.
• Attend and assist customers in the selection and choice of merchandise style, color or size.
• Direct the customers to the nearest counter for payment of the merchandise.
• Replenish stocks on display and ensure availability of stocks in the selling area.
• Arrange display of stocks.

2. Customer Engagement

• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Acknowledge the presence of customers, listen and pay attention to their needs.
• Attend to customer complaints with eagerness and understanding.

Qualifications

• Atleast Senior HS graduate or 2 years in College
• Preferably with sales and customer service experience
• Must have good communication skills
