ZenithSVA Solutions Corporation is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Control Manager to oversee project monitoring, planning, and performance control within the telecommunications sector. This role is responsible for developing project schedules, tracking progress, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate project reporting to support timely and efficient project delivery. The Project Control Manager works closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure all project activities align with company goals, client requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, progress trackers, and performance reports.
• Establish and implement project control processes covering cost, time, quality, and scope management.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect data and validate project progress and resource utilization.
• Analyze project performance indicators to identify potential delays, risks, and improvement areas.
• Ensure project reports, dashboards, and documentation are accurate and submitted on time.
• Prepare forecasts, budget summaries, and variance analyses for management review.
• Support project planning, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to align project control standards and timelines.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, client requirements, and safety standards.

Qualifications:     

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project control, planning, or project management, preferably in the telecommunications or infrastructure industry.      
• Strong background in project scheduling, cost control, and performance reporting.  
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities across teams and departments
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
