ZenithSVA Solutions Corporation is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee telecommunications projects from planning to completion. The Project Manager ensures that all project activities are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company and client standards. This role involves close coordination with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to achieve successful project implementation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end project implementation in the telecommunications field (mobile and fixed network projects).
• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project documentation, progress reports, and client updates.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to management.
• Support project handover and ensure all documentation requirements are completed.
• Promote teamwork, continuous improvement, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the telecommunications industry.
• Proven experience handling mobile network, fixed network, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar).
• Knowledge of telecommunications standards and project processes is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
