We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain front desk security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Manage scheduling of meeting rooms and appointments.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
  • Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms).
  • Assist colleagues with administrative tasks as needed.
