Ensures security and safety control measures relative to all store operations.
Ensures delivery of fast and accurate counter service and monitors compliance of team with counter operations process guidelines and policies.
Maintains excellent store merchandise displays, compliant to standards & approved store layout.
Maintains store cleanliness & ensures store selling assets are in working condition.
Ensures compliance on Sales Promotion/BTL standards/protocol.
Ensures compliance on Gondola Allowance.
Complies with Company prescribed uniform, grooming, service standards, and attendance policy.
Strictly adheres to Store Planograms, Display Standards, Visual Merchandising guidelines, and DTI regulations (price tags and PS stickers)
Maintains professional, behavioral, and technical know-how by attending prescribed seminars/webinars/workshops and adhering to training agreements and completing workplace assignments.
Maintains stores operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
