Core responsibilities

• Diagnostics: Identify problems using diagnostic equipment and test parts and systems to ensure they are working properly.
• Repair and maintenance: Perform routine maintenance (e.g., oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation) and repair or replace worn parts like brake pads, sensors, and shocks.
• Inspections: Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and ensure machinery and vehicles are in good working order.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance, and parts used.
• Customer interaction: Explain mechanical problems and recommended repairs to clients and provide quotes.
• Tools and equipment: Operate, maintain, and clean shop tools and equipment to ensure they are safe and usable.
