REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or Accounting Tech
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Programs
• Strong analytical skills
• Has good moral character

DESCRIPTION:

• Gathers all the pertinent data and information needed in processing the periodic cost reports
• Checks and validates correctness of data
• Processes periodic cost reports and prepares the PowerPoint report presentations
• Conducts periodic cost reviews together with the proponents and immediate superior, and prepare report of the cost review conducted
• Processes annual budget and validate assumptions, compute or revise planned amount
• Monitors budget of respective department before approval of certain request for payment and advances
• Keeps records, reports, data and information with utmost confidentiality
