Site Engineer, Davao del Sur

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Surveys & Planning

• Conduct site surveys under supervision to gather accurate data needed for project planning and preparation.
• Document and report site conditions to support efficient resource allocation and timeline planning.

2. Installation & Commissioning Support

• Assist in the execution of the installation and commissioning phase by:
• Helping plan project activities and securing engagement with Approved Service Providers (ASPs).
• Performing assigned installation and commissioning tasks in accordance with required safety and quality standards.
• Ensuring all work is done following a first-time-right approach to minimize rework and ensure efficient delivery.
• Completing post-activity reports, documentation, and updates for project tracking and closure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical, Communications Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in telecommunications projects or fieldwork is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of site survey processes, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow engineering standards and procedures.
• Willingness to travel to various site locations.
