Maintenance Technician, Davao del Sur

Aerwall Philippines, Inc. is looking for a responsible Maintenance Technician for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of all production equipment, machinery, and facilities used in the manufacturing of EPS System Wall Panels. The role includes performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting production operations to minimize downtime.

This green technology product now enjoys increasing acceptance in the Philippines because of its over-all quality, price competitiveness and ease of installation, enabling builders to construct quality buildings, fast, cost-efficient and ecologically friendly.

Responsibilities:

        Perform regular preventive maintenance on production machines, molding equipment, cutting machines, compressors, and other mechanical/electrical systems.

        Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues affecting production efficiency.

        Monitor equipment performance and ensure safety and operational reliability.

        Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.

        Assist in the installation and setup of new machines and equipment.

        Ensure tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials are properly organized and inventoried.

        Coordinate with production supervisors and operators for machine-related issues and improvement initiatives.

        Comply with company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

        Bachelors degree in Industrial Technology, Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical course.

        At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setup (preferably in EPS or similar construction material production).

        Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

        Familiarity with EPS production equipment and processes is an advantage.

        Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.

        Proficient in using hand and power tools for maintenance work.

        Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

        Willing to work flexible hours or shifting schedules as needed.
