- Supervise and lead warehouse personnel, providing guidance and training to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance interdepartmental communication.
- Implement and maintain best practices for warehouse organization and cleanliness, fostering a safe working environment.
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Preferably a bachelor's degree and a resident / renter in Davao City
- Knowledgeable in Inventory Management and proficient in MS office
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with proactive leadership style
- Willing to travel and can work for longer hours
