Sales and Marketing Manager, Davao del Sur

Bristol Motorcycle is a premium motorcycle brand known for its timeless design, advanced engineering, and passion for riding. We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and expand our presence in the Visayas and Mindanao regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve regional targets
• Manage dealership networks and ensure strong relationships with partners and distributors
• Lead regional sales teams, set goals, and track performance
• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
• Organize and oversee promotional events, campaigns, and brand activations
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends in assigned areas
• Ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen brand presence in the region

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management (automotive/motorcycle industry preferred)
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven track record in hitting sales targets and expanding market share
• Willingness to travel frequently across Visayas and Mindanao
• Must be results-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused
