Communication Arts or ay business course graduate from a reputable college/ university; with at least one (1) year of experience in creating plans and programs, marketing, and branding; preferably in the real estate industry; exceptional verbal and communication skills; knowledgeable about media and marketing campaigns, and brand management; has the ability to perform market analysis; aligns with the organization's shared values.


Responsibilities:

  1. Supports internal and external communication efforts by drafting press releases, managing social media and web content, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating media inquiries. 
  2. Key responsibilities include maintaining brand consistency, supporting events, tracking media exposure, and assisting with public relations tasks. 
  3. Essential skills are strong written and verbal communication, organizational abilities, a good understanding of social media, and proficiency with design and content management tools.
